{"id":221,"date":"2009-07-05T19:21:37","date_gmt":"2009-07-05T17:21:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.onmytodd.org\/?p=221"},"modified":"2016-03-03T22:25:11","modified_gmt":"2016-03-03T21:25:11","slug":"dokka-kapp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/onmytodd.org\/?p=221","title":{"rendered":"Dokka &#8211; Kapp"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From Dokka I continued eastward on Rv33 to Gj\u00f8vik, which is located on the western shores of <a title=\"Lake Mj\u00f8sa on Wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mj\u00f8sa\" class=\"external external_icon\" rel=\"nofollow\">lake Mj\u00f8sa<\/a>, Norways largest lake. The lake is very narrow but stretches in a north-southerly direction for about 110km; Gj\u00f8vik is situated approximately in the middle. My map shows a ferry that connects Gj\u00f8vik and Kapp with the city of Hamar on the east coast. However, when I arrived in Kapp I learned that the next one would go on Wednesday (today&#8217;s Sunday). Somewhat frustrated I tented on a campsite nearby after only 64 km of riding.<\/p>\n<p>Met a German cyclist there, but I forgot where he&#8217;s headed. Also met two Dutch guys there who were cycling to the North Cape on a more or less direct route.
